AccountView

AccountView is an accounting solution owned by VISMA and offers an API to interact with AccountView. The API works for Accountview version 9.5 and up and only for the team or business edition. You will need to purchase the additional Communications Service Online (CSO) module if you want to use the AccountView API.

You need to configure an user in AccountView, which has the read rights on the database and is allowed to connect to AccountView using the AccountView API.

AccountView and the communication server are installed on site. The Communication server enables the connection between AccountView.net. Applications can connect to AccountView.net to use AccountView API.

AccountView is not one of the major account solutions in the market and therefore there are no 3rd parties who developed a connector. In the next chapters I will describe how to create scripts for collecting data.
